This property was due and upgrade to the 21st century. Working with the management we completely upgraded the existing CCTV, Access Control and Concierge desk.
Adding in a complete back bone system linking both risers together, now allows for simple easy installations for new cameras and Access control doors.
The CCTV system was roughly 15 years old and was due some work, so we switched out the old mismatch system and installed brand new ColourVu cameras offering them great image quality as well as clear colour at night.
We added in three new doors into the paxton system allowing more security around the communal areas
The Concierges working here have battled with a limited amount of resources at the front desk, using two very old poorly looked after computers to control the CCTV and Access control, but now with a complete upgrade they are able to work much more efficiently.
Finally we swapped out the aged concierge intercom phone for a new replacement.

Overall the entire buildings security systems have had a complete upgrade, and we was very happy to be a part of the planning and install.
